Business II: Building Organizations
Draft: Neither the schedule nor the content has been decided. The sessions may change.
Design systems that keep a business running as it grows. You will redesign the business you created in Business I (Introduction to Management in 2026)—its org chart, rules, goals and legal obligations—as its headcount increases. In the final session, you present the whole set to management as an internal proposal and ask them to decide on it.
