Product Management I: Working as a Team

Draft: Neither the schedule nor the content has been decided. The sessions may change.

Learn to reliably move agreed work forward as a member of a team. Guided by one principle—write down decisions and their reasons, owners and deadlines where later readers can find and understand them—you will learn to report, consult and request, take meeting notes, write tickets, organize documents and run retrospectives, and build a small feature of a fictional product as a team in two to three sprints.
